Operational management

  • Evaluate service staff positions, skill levels, experience
  • Establish recruitment and training program
  • Provide advice with respect to: security, facility management and property management premises and required equipment to minimise loss and capital expenditures
  • Placement of superintendent, cleaning and security services prior to building handover
  • Review of handover documentation and all relevant occupation and authority permits
  • Ensure fire evacuation plan and emergency procedures are in place
  • Select the appropriate service providers after an invitation tender in contribution with our client
  • Co-ordinate move-in procedures with tenants, with special regard to security, cleaning, building operations and protection of the lifts.
  • Verification of all guarantees from the general contractor and its suppliers.
  • Ensure all operations costs related to the construction are segregated and documented, providing a clear beginning for Service Charge costs
